My name is Michal Križánek, born in Bojnice, Slovakia. I used to play football as a child. I started with training in a gym when I was 15 years old with my friends. I started preparing for my first competition in autumn 2016 while being trained by Alexander Hlobik.

The first competition took place in Michalovce in spring 2017 which has been a great achievement for me because of the gold medal I succeeded to win. This was the moment I realized that I am going the right way. My first international competition took place in Ostrava in 2017, I won second place.

There was another international competition EVLS Prague Amateur in 2017 which was a great success to achieve another win in category above 100 kg and furthermore the absolute winner of the event. The door to a professional work-outing was opened since that moment. Since IFBB federation has been split, I have got an offer to compete in Elite Pro as a member of SAFKST. My first professional competition was set in Madrid in May 2018, which I won.

Arnold Classic

Until today I have achieved 5 gold medals in Arnold Classic event, which was organized by Elite Pro and also 14 more competitions in pro category.

As my results, ambitions and win lust grow and improve, I do not see any point of continuing to compete in Elite Pro and I am moving myself to IFBB Pro League to compete with the best world sportsmen.

I have signed a contract with reorganized EVLS for my professional league preparations. EVLS can offer a perfect organizations of the events and front Czech bodybuilders as my opponents.

This offers me a variety of motivation to improve myself even better and faster.
My biggest goal right now is to attend the most prestigious bodybuilding event Mr. Olympia to stand man by man with the world greatest sportsmen.
